The challenge
An exhibitor at a trade show in Orlando booked a custom tote activation at its booth for two days, March 9 and 10, 2026. The live window was three hours each day, and the plan was built around volume and speed.
The activation
Part of the work was done before the show. The premium totes came pre-printed in full color on one side, done in advance to support volume and speed. At the booth, guests picked from several designs, and the crew added their choice with one of two heat presses at the front of the booth. Two staff worked each day. They set up before the show opened and tore down after it closed, on a five-hour minimum per day. Merch Troop's on-site manager traveled in and stayed for the run.
The result
The hybrid is the point. The pre-printed side was there for volume and speed, and the live press put each guest's chosen design on in front of them, two days running.
