The challenge
A three-day conference at Mandalay Bay, August 4 to 6, 2026, booked a live tee booth sized for conference traffic. The stock was 2,550 ring-spun cotton tees in black and heather, small through XXL. The live hours were long: 4 to 7 p.m. on opening day, then 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., then 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The activation
Every shirt had the event logo pre-printed on the back before the show. At the booth, guests picked a front from up to three designs, and the crew applied it live with screen-printed transfers on two heat-transfer stations. About 30 percent of the stock was made up ahead of time, so the booth could keep printing live while serving more guests. A two-person team ran it, with load-in at 2 p.m. on day one and the gear shipped in for the show.
The result
It's the conference version of a live tee booth. The back is the same on every shirt, so it's printed before the show. The front is the guest's pick, so it goes on live. Nineteen live hours, two stations, one two-person crew.
