The challenge
An event in New York City on July 19, 2026 booked 100 red tees, one per guest, and wanted each guest to get their own number on the shirt at the event. The shirts carried a lot of artwork already: a full-color front and a big multi-color back. Only the number had to happen in the room.
The activation
Most of the decoration was done before the event. The back was screen printed ahead of time, an 8-to-9-color design about 16 inches tall. The front, a full-color DTF print about 9 inches wide, was pre-pressed. At the event, a two-person crew ran two stations and added each guest's number live. The booking was a five-hour day, with setup and teardown around a two-hour live window.
The result
The split kept a two-hour window realistic. The heavy print work was finished before anyone arrived, so the live part was just the number each guest cared about.
