The challenge
A company event at Reunion Resort in Kissimmee booked varsity-style jackets for its guests, with personalization done live. It ran two nights, September 22 and 23, 2026, from 7 to 11 p.m. each night. The jackets had to arrive looking finished and still end up personal.
The activation
Merch Troop supplied 175 unisex varsity bomber jackets in sizes S through XXL. The company branding was applied before the event: a logo across the back shoulders, 11 inches wide, and a 3-inch mark on the right shoulder. At the resort, two staff ran heat presses and added the personal part in DTF, with initials on the left chest and the guest's name on the back.
The result
The split kept the live work small. The logo was finished before the event, so the presses at the resort handled only initials and names, the two parts that change from guest to guest.
