The challenge
A two-day Las Vegas activation required 500 custom canvas totes produced on-site and in guests' hands the same day they were printed. The format demanded four colorway options — black, beige, royal blue, and rose pink — without slowing the line. Production had to run across a tight evening session and a full following day.
The activation
Merch Troop built two simultaneous live DTF production stations on the floor. Guests chose their colorway from 10 oz. heavyweight cotton canvas totes, then received a 9" × 5" DTF transfer applied on the spot at a single imprint location. The two-station setup let a crew of two absorb traffic from both sessions — a 90-minute evening opener on June 8 and a full nine-plus-hour run on June 9 — without stacking a queue.
The result
All 500 totes moved through live production across the two sessions. The multi-colorway format gave guests a genuine choice while the dual-station layout kept throughput consistent from the first transfer to the last.
