The challenge
City Club's two-day Los Angeles event needed custom merch ready for on-site distribution: leather-patch trucker hats in multiple colorways and DTF-printed T-shirts across multiple designs. Customer-supplied garments were part of the order, adding a logistics variable. Everything had to be production-complete within an 8-business-day window.
The activation
Merch Troop pre-produced 50 T-shirts in black and purple — four distinct designs across L, XL, and XXL — using DTF transfers applied to customer-supplied blanks. Snapback trucker caps in black, navy, and pink each received a 3"–3.5" leather patch on the front plus a secondary location hit. A two-person crew brought the finished goods to City Club and supported distribution across both event days.
The result
The full order — 50 T-shirts spanning four designs and leather-patch trucker caps in three colorways — was completed and on-site within the production timeline. The two-day City Club event had merchandise ready from open to close.
