The challenge
Hyundai needed a live custom-print station running across two full days at their Air & Sea Show in Miami. The press and supply crate had to ship separately to the venue while crew traveled independently — a split-logistics setup that left no room for on-site improvisation. Every production hour had to count from the moment setup was complete.
The activation
A two-person Merch Troop crew flew to Miami and ran the activation both days, May 23 and 24, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with setup and teardown bracketing each session. The press and equipment crate arrived via client-coordinated transport ahead of the crew. On-site, the team printed up to 4-color designs on the front of garments in real time for show attendees. All production ran off a single press with no local support beyond the two-person team.
The result
The activation completed both full event days at the Hyundai Air & Sea Show without incident. Split equipment logistics and cross-country crew travel were absorbed into a clean, continuous on-site operation from open to close.
