The challenge
The event team for Esri UC 2026 needed 100 branded totes ready before the conference, with a hard in-hand date and no on-site printing window. Everything had to arrive finished, boxed, and distribution-ready at a Bay Area staging address.
The activation
Merch Troop produced 100 black premium totes with DTF logo imprints ahead of the event—no live printing, just clean pre-event fulfillment. A two-person crew handled production and quality checks. Finished totes were packed and shipped to South San Francisco to meet the May 28 in-hand deadline.
The result
All 100 totes arrived in-hand on deadline, ready for the Esri UC 2026 team to distribute without any on-site sorting or last-minute scramble. Pre-event production meant zero dependency on conference-day logistics.
