The challenge
Dot LA needed two distinct styles of branded headwear for a Southern California event — a structured corduroy snapback and a mesh-back trucker hat, both carrying the same embroidered logo. Quantities ran deep across both styles, with no margin for production issues on event day.
The activation
A two-person Merch Troop crew brought 150 stone-and-forest-green two-tone corduroy snapback caps and 180 high-profile mesh-back trucker hats to the event site. The corduroy caps carried a single front embroidery — 3 inches wide by 5 inches tall — stitched during pre-event production. Both styles arrived finished and distribution-ready before doors opened.
The result
Both hat styles hit the floor branded and on schedule for the Dot LA activation. A two-person crew kept the operation clean from load-in through end of event.
